TERMS & CONDITIONS — ZOOM MEETUP 2.0
By registering for Zoom Meetup 2.0, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Session Details
Zoom Meetup 2.0 is a live online session conducted by AI Film School, scheduled for 2nd October 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM IST, unless otherwise communicated.
2. Nature of the Session
This Meetup is an introductory, educational and interactive session covering AI filmmaking skills, practical filmmaking tips, live Q&A and information regarding the upcoming 7 Sunday AI Filmmaking Bootcamp.
3. Bootcamp Access Not Included
Registration for Zoom Meetup 2.0 does not include admission or access to the 7 Sunday AI Filmmaking Bootcamp. The Bootcamp is a separate program and requires separate registration.
4. Zoom Access
The Zoom joining link will be provided only to registered participants through the communication channels specified by AI Film School. Participants should not share the meeting link or access details with others.
5. Internet & Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for arranging a stable internet connection, compatible device and Zoom access. AI Film School will not be responsible for individual internet, device, software or technical issues.
6. Session Timing
Participants are advised to join a few minutes before the scheduled start time. Late joining may result in missing part of the session.
7. Recording
The session may be recorded by AI Film School for educational, archival, promotional or internal purposes. If a participant speaks, appears on camera or posts messages in the Zoom chat, their name, voice, video or message may appear in the recording.
8. Recording by Participants
Participants are not permitted to record, screen-record, reproduce, redistribute or publicly share the session or its teaching material without prior permission from AI Film School.
9. Intellectual Property
Presentations, demonstrations, workflows, course material and other educational content shared during the session remain the intellectual property of AI Film School and/or their respective owners.
10. Educational Purpose
The session is intended for educational and informational purposes. AI Film School does not guarantee any specific creative, professional, commercial, employment or financial result from attending the Meetup.
11. AI Tools & Third-Party Platforms
AI tools, software, pricing, features, policies and availability may change at any time. AI Film School is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms discussed or demonstrated during the session.
12. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour. Abusive language, harassment, spam, disruption, unauthorised promotion or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session.
13. Q&A Participation
AI Film School will make reasonable efforts to answer participant questions. However, due to the number of attendees and limited session duration, every individual question may not be answered.
14. Schedule Changes
AI Film School reserves the right to modify the timing, content, structure, speaker or format of the session when reasonably required. Participants will be informed about any significant changes.
15. Cancellation or Rescheduling
If the Meetup is cancelled or rescheduled by AI Film School, registered participants will be informed through the available contact details.
16. Fees & Refunds
If the Meetup is a paid session, applicable fees and taxes will be displayed during registration. Unless otherwise mentioned on the registration page, fees are non-refundable once the session access details have been issued or the live session has started.
17. Personal Use Only
Each registration is valid for one participant only. Sharing, resale or commercial redistribution of session access is not permitted.
18. Communication
By registering, participants agree to receive essential communication related to the Meetup, including Zoom joining details, reminders, schedule changes and session-related information.
19. Acceptance of Terms
Completing registration and/or joining Zoom Meetup 2.0 will be considered acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
